- Requests for refunds will be accepted until July 1 of the current season. After that date, no claim will be accepted, except for medical reasons. However, a doctor's note will have to be provided.

The refund will be proportional to the number of weeks between the date of the application and the end of the season. Affiliation fees will not be refunded and a 10% administration fee will be withheld.

Thus, the refund would be calculated as follows: The amount of registration - the affiliation fee - 10% for the administration fee. Subsequently, the number of activities performed is calculated and the number of activities paid out in proportion to the remaining matches to be played in the season.

It takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive the refund.
