- I acknowledge that the Club will place the players among the teams according to their respective levels and while taking into consideration the collective interest of the Club. I agree that the Club has the sole right to take all decisions for the formation of the teams
- I acknowledge that the Ormstown Soccer Club, its administrators, volunteers, teams, officials and members are not responsible for injuries, or accidents that may occur before, during and after a game, a training, activity of the Club, or any travel required for the practice of soccer. All players have insurance provided by Soccer Quebec.
- Unless otherwise specified, the respondent authorizes the general publication of photos or videos taken as part of the activities of the Ormstown Soccer Club where their child appears, including social media. - When the registration payment is made in full, your registration will be confirmed and your passport considered active for the next season. Registration fees must have been paid 100% before the start of the activities.
- Any player who has not paid all of their registration fees will have their passport set to “to be confirmed” status until full payment is made and will not be able to participate in the activities.
